Join IDEA Society for the screening of ‘Born into Brothels: Calcutta’s Red Light Kids’, followed by an open discussion in a fishbowl format.

The film, directed by Zana Briski, captures the work of Kids With Cameras, a foundation which teaches photography skills to children in excluded communities, giving their stories a voice. After the film, we will open a shared space for conversation! This is likely to include (but not be limited to) developmental topics raised in the film and the role of storytelling and photography in reporting narratives in development.

Everyone is welcome – we look forward to seeing old and new friends there!
